Policy on Fragrance Decants
Once I decant/spray a perfume/fragrance/cologne out if its original bottle, there is no way to put it back in. Therefore it is non-refundable. It is something I cannot re-sell; just like I would not sell you a liquid which was exposed to someone else, I would not do it to others either. I guarantee 100% authenticity of my fragrances and decants but I cannot guarantee that you will like the ”scent.” That indeed is what the decanting business is, to sample a product and see if you would like or dislike a certain fragrance before committing to a full bottle. This is why I suggest purchasing smaller decants to make sure not only you like the scent but that it works well with your skin and environment.
We Will ship items within the Continental United States (ConUS) or Internationally, very securely and professionally packaged as we have for the past 7 years. HOWEVER, we will NOT be liable or responsible for lost or damaged items. Also, we are NOT accountable or responsible for International customs fees for International items should they occur. You (the customer) are solely and entirely at your own risk when making such purchases. Once items are shipped and out, and no longer in our hands we cannot, and will not, be legally responsible, accountable, and/or liable in any way, shape, or form.
NOTE: NO exceptions to these rules.
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund approval. Your return shipment requires a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and liabilities.
2. Mail your returned item to Max Forti from the address in which you received it from.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Products that have been, opened, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you may have paid on the order when it was originally placed.
